Overview

Job Title: Community & Member Experience Manager

Location: Liverpool Street

Hours: 8:30am-17:00pm Monday- Friday

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum + 5% bonus

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with members to ensure a positive coworking experience
  • Facilitate onboarding for new members and ensure seamless transitions
  • Gather and act on member feedback for continuous improvement
  • Plan and execute engaging community events and programming
  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate membership records
  • Oversee the member experience team and community budget
  • Ensure health and safety compliance for a secure workspace
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Proven community management experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in office software and AV equipment
  • Ability to multitask and balance various priorities
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
  • Previous budget management experience
  • Health & Safety competencies advantageous
  • Resourceful team player with strong relationship-building skills
Technologies
  • Familiarity with office software and AV equipment for events and meetings
