Community Learning Disability Support Worker

is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to young people with learning disabilities in community settings.

You will plan and facilitate activities to build independence and social confidence, assist with daily living skills, and use PMVA/de-escalation techniques to manage behaviours.

A valid UK driving licence is required; opportunities for ongoing training and career progression are available.
