Community Hospital-at-Home Nurse - Band 5 (Bank)

Bromley Healthcare is recruiting for an Hospital at Home Staff Nurse - Band 5 (Bank) to work across our UCR service in the London Borough of Bromley. Salary ranges from £36,943 to £44,900 inclusive of HCAS pro rata, with bank shifts from 8am to 8pm.

The role involves delivering nursing care in patients' homes, contributing to integrated care, and supporting early discharge from hospital. Training, NHS pay banding, and extensive staff benefits are provided.
