Community Health & Wellbeing Trainer - Flexible Hours

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Talk Community Health & Wellbeing Trainer to promote healthy lifestyles through behaviour change, delivering group and 1-2-1 support across smoking cessation, weight management, alcohol reduction and physical activity.

The role requires transport, travel across the county and some flexible working, with a starting salary of £29,071-£33,119 pro rata and LGPS pension enrolment.
