Community Health & Engagement Strategist

Millbrook Healthcare Group is seeking a Community Health and Engagement Officer (CHEO) to join our Devon Community Equipment Service Centre. You will engage with GP surgeries, charities, care homes and other bodies to shape and improve our services, ensuring customers remain central to delivery and decision making.

You will design and lead forums, manage stakeholder relationships, gather feedback in various formats, and translate insights into actions that enhance service integration and
