Job Description
Salary: £11,998 £13,331 (FTE £29,994 £33,327)
Contract: Part-time (job share),12 month FTC
Location: Home-based, with regular travel across the Eastern Region (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk)
Closing date: 9th June 2025

We re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Community Fundraiser (Eastern Region) to join Diabetes UK s friendly, nationwide Community Fundraising Team. This is a job share position, working alongside an experienced Fundraiser to grow and support a vibrant supporter base across the region.

This role is perfect for someone who s passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships with supporters to raise vital funds for people living with and affected by diabetes. You ll play a key part in delivering regional income targets and representing Diabetes UK at third-party events, as well as providing top-tier stewardship to their incredible supporters.

To be successful as a Community Fundraiser, you will need:
  • A proven track record of meeting income targets through community or relationship fundraising
  • Experience building and maintaining strong supporter relationships
  • Confidence in working independently, managing your own workload, and reporting financial performance
