Community Engagement Lead - Physical Activity

Happy Healthy You, in Bradford, seeks a Community Engagement Facilitator (Physical Activity) to deliver and grow its physical activity and movement work in trusted community settings.

You will work across Bradford District with regular travel, using physical activity to engage Global Majority communities and those facing health inequities. The role supports co-design, leadership development and meaningful participation within HHU and the Bhip Programme.
