Community Engagement Lead - Family Hubs & Impact

Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking a Community Engagement Co-ordinator for Family Hubs in Bradford to lead outreach, open access and targeted activities. You will work with the Hub Manager to engage seldom heard families and ensure timely, appropriate support across localities.

You will plan delivery, supervise staff, and collaborate with partners to safeguard and improve services, with a focus on quality and staff wellbeing.
