Newground Together in Blackburn is seeking an Employment Advisor to empower individuals facing unemployment by helping them identify and overcome barriers, access training, and secure meaningful employment. You will work with local partners to deliver funded projects that boost life skills and employability.

You will recruit clients for employability projects, run workshops and 1:1 sessions, and build links with employers.
