Community District Nurse - Home Visits & Holistic Care

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic Community Nurses to join our StaffBank pool, covering Surrey Downs Health and Care networks. The role involves home or care home visits, assessing care needs and delivering comprehensive nursing care in partnership with SDHC.

As part of the SDHC collaboration, you may work across multiple PCNs, including Dorking, Cobham & Oxshott, and Leatherhead, with strong emphasis on patient-centred care and professional development.
