Community Debt Advisor & Training Coach

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is seeking a Debt Adviser to join the team. The role focuses on delivering accurate, impartial and confidential debt advice to people in financial difficulty, helping them understand options, manage debts and strive for long-term stability.

You will work across Sandwell and Walsall from community locations, delivering tailored advice and casework while sharing expertise to train colleagues and improve debt support services.
