Community Care Support Worker - Person-Centred & Inclusive

Oxfordshire County Council is recruiting for roles in Adult Social Care in Oxfordshire. The post focuses on person centred approaches, developing community networks and enabling inclusion and participation for people using the service.

The successful candidate will work within policies on data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding, and may require travel to different premises and homes. A driving licence is preferred.
