We are currently recruiting caring, reliable and committedindividuals to join our growing team as Full-Time Community Care Assistants.

About the RoleAs a Community Care Assistant, you will providehigh-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes. Everyvisit is an opportunity to make a real difference, helping people remainindependent whilst receiving the support they need with dignity and respect.
You will work as part of a supportive, professional teamdelivering care tailored to each individual's needs, preferences and lifestyle.
This is a full-time position, offering a regular andvaried schedule across a range of care visits, including:
- Morningshifts
- Tea-timeand evening shifts
- Weekendworking as part of the care rota, weekend on weekend off basis
- Emergencycover where required
- Additionalhours where available
Where possible, care rounds are allocated geographically tominimise travel time and support a positive work-life balance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Community Care Assistant, your responsibilities willinclude:
- Providingpersonal care including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Supportingmobility, transfers and safe movement around the home
- Assistingwith medication administration in accordance with training and companyprocedures
- Preparingmeals and supporting nutrition and hydration
- Providingcompanionship and meaningful social interaction
- Supportingindividuals living with dementia and other complex care needs
- Carryingout light housekeeping and domestic duties
- Maintainingaccurate electronic care records in accordance with GDPR requirements
- Reportingsafeguarding concerns or changes in wellbeing promptly
- Deliveringcare in line with individual care plans and Bradcare's quality standards
- Promotingindependence, dignity, choice and respect at all times
