Community Care Assistant

Full Time & Part Time flexible vacancies available. We can work with you to create a schedule that suits your availability.

Hourly Pay: £14 - £15 + 45p per mile.

Wilson's Care is a family-run domiciliary provider based in Chelmsford, committed to delivering a more thoughtful and person-centred approach to care in the community.This means a minimum one-hour visit duration, many companionship-based visits, privately funded clients only, and consistent rotas so carers build relationships with the same clients over time.

We have private clients predominantly based in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.

All our visits are a minimum of1 hour- giving you the time you need to provide quality, person-centred care without feeling rushed and an opportunity to build meaningful relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Assisting with mobility and medication
• Personal care - washing, dressing, grooming etc

Pay:

We offer a great package whereby you can earn a very generous pay rate of up to £15 per hour in addition to mileage at 45p per mile

We understand that work needs to fit around your life, not the other way around. That's why we offer genuinely flexible hours, working with your availability wherever possible.

Requirements:

• Full UK licence with access to your own car
