Community Café Deputy Manager: Lead Service & Support

Crossways Community operates The Kitchen Table in Tunbridge Wells and is seeking a customer-focused supervisor to help run the cafe. You will lead by example, engage with customers, and ensure exceptional service while managing daily operations and staff performance.

You must be physically fit to handle shifts from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday, and complete essential training including Level 3 Food Safety and Safeguarding. A welcoming, supportive environment is central to the role.
