Community Benefits & Advice Advisor (Leicester)

Citizens Advice BANES is hiring an office-based, fixed-term Generalist Adviser to support residents across Leicester City. The role involves delivering advice by phone, video, email and face to face, from Location One Hub, The Dawn Centre.

You will listen to clients, explore options, calculate entitlements, draft letters, signpost services, and help maximise income. You will travel between Leicester locations as needed and work in a collaborative team.
