Community-Based Youth Mentor for Education & Wellbeing

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role goes beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences that help children reconnect, rebuild confidence, and thrive.

You will build positive relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work with families, professionals, and regional teams.
