Community & Youth Theatre Engagement Assistant

Icon Theatre in the United Kingdom is seeking a Community Engagement Assistant (Maternity Cover) to work with the Creative Engagement Manager and deliver youth theatre, youth work and community programmes across Medway and Sheppey.

The role blends direct creative delivery with project coordination, safeguarding and administration, supporting sessions, Open Stage and holiday programmes while building inclusive spaces for participants and families.
