You will hyper grow Mozart's community across Discord and Reddit, scaling a performance based creator pipeline that ships high volume content. Reporting to the Founding Growth Lead, you'll be the recognizable face of the brand, turning product features into engaging community hooks and viral moments.

What you will do:

  • Hyper grow Discord and Reddit communities through product led loops, exclusive drops, and high energy programming like musicathons and AMAs.
  • Build and manage a performance based creator and influencer affiliate engine, implementing a tiering system to maximize content output and ROI.
  • Own the brand voice and customer support across all social channels, ensuring fast, human, and consistent engagement with the user base.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record of building and scaling online communities (Discord, Reddit, or newsletters) with authentic, daily habit energy.
  • Experienced in account management or creator partnerships, with a focus on performance based deals, brief creation, and influencer negotiation.
  • High energy communicator who is comfortable on camera and possesses the product obsession to turn technical features into compelling community challenges.
