Communications Project Worker

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications plan aligned with strategic objectives
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure collaborative messaging
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using analytics and feedback tools
• Manage end-to-end social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, engagement, analytics)
• Develop and implement campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
• Ensure timely updates on programmes, events, and milestones
• Maintain and evolve branding guidelines across all materials
• Produce compelling content to promote CYMHO's Action Plan, project developments, and integrated care projects
• Coordinate press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder updates
• Act as a liaison between partner organisations for joint communications

Requirements

• Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, or related roles
• Proven experience in social media management, branding, and content creation
• Effective writing and visual communication skills
• Familiarity with health or social care sector desirable
