About the RoleHomerton College is seeking a Communications and Administration Assistant to join its Communications team for 18.5 hours per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and a half day on Thursday. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our college, which is buzzing with ideas and initiatives. Responsibilities- Gather, file and organise media and information to help the team produce content such as videos, graphics, social media posts and newsletters.
- Promote stories and research, highlighting successes of students, staff and academics.
- Work effectively with senior staff, academics and students, coordinating communications efforts.
- Manage a hectic and varied workload with creativity and precision.
- Effective communicator comfortable with liaising and collaborating with senior staff, academics and students.
- Ability to manage a varied workload efficiently and precisely.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
