Our Baringa Enablement team are looking for an experienced Communications Advisor to join the team.The Communications Advisor role sits within our Creative Communications and Events team, which is part of the wider People Experience team, a key part of our People function. The People Experience team also includes Engagement, wellbeing, DE&I and Community Impact to collectively deliver an outstanding experience for our People.
What you will be doing- Own the planning and execution of the company-wide communications cadence, ensuring timely and relevant updates for all employees.
- Lead the creation, editing, and distribution of all company-wide newsletters, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across the firm.
- Draft compelling company announcements, blogs, and other written communications that reflect our brand voice and values.
- Utilise a variety of communication channels-including plasma screens, banners, posters, and the intranet-to maximise reach and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain new intranet pages (Sharepoint 365) to support internal communications and knowledge sharing.
- Design and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external communications initiatives.
- Craft persuasive and effective award submissions that showcase our achievements.
- Contribute to the implementation and delivery of the three-year communications strategy, aligning with broader People Experience goals.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, accessible, and compelling messages.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in copywriting, editing, and delivering a wide range of communications materials to a high standard.
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and embrace change with agility and resilience.
- Confidently navigate ambiguity, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and challenges.
- Highly collaborative, valuing diverse perspectives and leveraging collective expertise to achieve the best outcomes.

Additionally, you will have the following experience:
- Demonstrated success in communications roles within complex, international organisations, delivering impactful results.
- Passion for producing high-quality internal communications content that engages and informs diverse audiences.
- Possess a creative mindset, consistently seeking innovative approaches and pushing boundaries to deliver impactful results.
