Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Common Registration Assessment Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

This role is central to supporting the delivery of a key professional assessment, ensuring processes run smoothly and candidates receive a high-quality experience throughout their journey.

Closing date: 3rd May 2026 (11.59pm)

Interview dates: TBA

Salary: £26,476 - £ 28,905 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday

The Role

You will play a vital role in managing and processing assessment-related activities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness at all stages. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will handle a range of administrative and coordination tasks, support candidates with queries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

The role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining data and records, and helping to ensure that assessment delivery meets high professional and regulatory standards.

The successful applicant will:

Have experience managing administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Confident in handling queries and providing excellent customer service via phone and email.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly.Be able to manage and prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and targets.Have experience working with data, including maintaining records and producing reports.A proactive team player who contributes ideas and supports continuous improvement.Show confidence in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.Benefits when joining our team
