  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience in optimizing workflows and control frameworks.

We welcome anyone inspired to build a better future with us. If you're excited about this role or working at Macquarie, we encourage you to apply.

What we offer

  • 26 weeks' paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 12 days of paid transition leave, and 6 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Paid fertility leave for those undergoing or supporting fertility treatments.
  • Volunteer leave and donation matching.
  • Salary sacrificing options.
  • Benefits supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, including medical and life insurance.
  • Access to Employee Assistance Program with counselling and coaching services.
  • Learning and development opportunities, including reimbursement for professional memberships.
  • Emergency and backup dependent care services.
  • Recognition and service awards.
