Commissioning Package Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Package Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for a major data centre project. The successful candidate will ensure all systems are commissioned safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, programme requirements, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commissioning of assigned mechanical, electrical, and control system packages.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives throughout the commissioning process.
• Ensure all pre-commissioning, commissioning, and integrated systems testing activities are completed to the required standards.
• Track commissioning progress, manage risks, and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee documentation, test records, and handover deliverable.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project handover and client acceptance processes.

Requirements

• Degree or trade-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering commissioning activities on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, or complex MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, IST, and systems integration.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
