Commissioning Lead - Milan

My client is looking for a Mechanical Commissioning Lead who can take ownership of mechanical commissioning delivery across a large-scale data centre project and drive systems through to successful handover.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands that commissioning isn't just testing equipment - it's managing people, vendors, documentation, programme and client expectations simultaneously.

You'll become the focal point for all mechanical commissioning activities and play a critical role in ensuring systems are delivered safely, correctly and on programme.

You'll take ownership of:

• Developing and implementing commissioning plans
• Reviewing technical submittals, drawings and specifications
• Managing commissioning schedules and system boundaries
• Coordinating specialist vendors and subcontractors
• Leading client commissioning meetings
• Managing commissioning trackers and reporting
