Job Description
Job Title: Commissioning Engineer
Location: Cardiff, South Wales.
Level of experience: Assistant Commissioning Engineer through to Lead Commissioning Engineer.
Salary / Benefits £25k - £45k + Training + Benefits
- Extensive experience as Commissioning Engineer for reputable Air/Water services provider
- Holding CSA Grad 2 or higher is beneficial
- Well versed in CIBSE guidelines
- Excellent communication with clients and colleagues
- Excellent time management, able to work well in fast paced environment
- Balancing AHU, fan coils, supply/extract, primary/secondary and MVHR systems
- Balancing closed heated and chilled water systems
- Following building plans and drawings to ensure work in line with client requirements and industry recognised guidelines
- Validating systems within healthcare sites
- Providing detailed commissioning reports in a timely manner
- Working closely with new engineers, providing training when required
- Working in line with CIBSE guidelines
- Handing over systems upon completion and providing in depth demonstration
- Liaising with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice
