Job Description

The Mallard in Tidbury Green, opening autumn 2026, invites aspiring culinary enthusiasts to join our kitchen team as a Commis Chef. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive, dynamic pub environment within the Brunning & Price family.

You will work in a busy kitchen, gain experience across prep, cooking and food service, and benefit from paid overtime, tips, meals on shift, pension and shopping discounts. Weekly pay and training support are also provided.
