Commis Chef de Partie - Fast-Paced London Kitchen

City Cruises UK, part of the Hornblower Group, operates dining and sightseeing cruises on London's fleet. We are seeking a Commis Chef to support the kitchen team aboard our dining boats, delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Working in a land-based kitchen, you will prep ingredients, follow Head Chef specs, and assist with stock control while upholding safety and hygiene standards. Level 2 Food Hygiene and strong English are essential.
