Commis Chef

Join our kitchen team at China Fleet Country Club. Set within 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, China Fleet Country Club is a leading hospitality, leisure and events destination. We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our busy Brasserie team and develop their culinary skills in a supportive kitchen environment. • Hours are 160 hours over 4 weeks - Straight shifts - Daytime, evening and weekend working.
• Assist with food preparation and service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and presentation
• Work as part of a professional and supportive kitchen team

• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
