Role Overview

Be Yourself - Be a Bold Team Player - Be Leonardo. The Commis Chef will support the smooth running and objectives of the Kitchen, working closely with all members of the department to create memorable moments for guests in line with both company and hotel specific service standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Absolutely loves the kitchen environment and works well within a team of chefs to deliver excellent food and service
• Has a willingness to learn, adapt and deliver to the high standard of food guests expect
• Is passionate about their working area and responsibilities
• Is keen to step up when the situation demands
• Has an eagle eye for attention to detail
