Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Work closely with senior chefs to understand the roles and stations within the kitchen.
  • Learn all areas of the kitchen, from the setup of each section to all food preparation and the final clean down.
  • Take ownership of your area, tracking orders and ticket times.
  • Collaborate with the main kitchen team to maintain efficiency and deliver the best possible guest experience.
