At Rick Stein Restaurants, we're passionate about fresh seafood, simple cooking done brilliantly, and kitchens that run smoothly behind the scenes. We're now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

What you'll be doing- Supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes consistently
- Preparing fresh ingredients to specification and high standards
- Learning and working across different sections of the kitchen
- Following recipes, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation
- Working closely with senior chefs to develop your skills and confidence
- A passion for food and a genuine interest in cooking
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Basic kitchen experience or catering qualification is helpful, but not essential
- A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking
