Job Title: Commis Chef

Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation process including preparing ingredients, seasoning meats, taking inventories, overseeing deliveries, organising and basic cleaning in the kitchen.
- Communicate with the team and ensure proper presentation of food as directed by the Chef de Partie.
- Cook and prepare elements of high quality dishes whilst assisting the other chef within different departments and the main kitchen.
- Work a range of shifts and days as the hotel is open 7 days a week 365 days a year.
- £14.42 per hour (£29,993.60 per annum) plus great IHG perks.
- 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, which increases up to a maximum of 33 days (Pro Rated).
