Step into the kitchen as a Commis Chef! Assist in creating delicious meals for passengers across all classes and grow your culinary career with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of quality meals to specification standards
• Assisting other chefs in the kitchen with general duties
• Working as part of a team in a customer centric environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
• Assisting with stock rotation
• Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices

Please note: duties may include other tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Either City & Guilds 706/1 or 2 or NVQ Level 1 or 2
• Previous catering experience as a Chef
• Fully knife trained
• Ability to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, with some manual handling / bending and reaching
• Have adequate numeracy and English skills
