We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Commis Chef.

May also suit a complete novice who has a passion for food/hospitality and wants to learn more.

Please note there is no live-in accommodation with this position.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have some experience of being in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. Or it may suit an individual who wants a change of career or a school leave who is keep to try out as a Chef.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

1. To ensure all food is served to the required Company standard.
2. To help prepare hot and cold foods for customers.
3. To cook breakfast for customers.
4. To aid the Head Chef with ideas for new dishes.
5. To comply with all food and health and safety regulations as stated in the Company policies and statutory laws.
6. To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
7. To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
