We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Commis Chef.
May also suit a complete novice who has a passion for food/hospitality and wants to learn more.
Please note there is no live-in accommodation with this position.

Requirements:The ideal person will have some experience of being in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. Or it may suit an individual who wants a change of career or a school leave who is keep to try out as a Chef.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:- To ensure all food is served to the required Company standard.
- To help prepare hot and cold foods for customers.
- To cook breakfast for customers.
- To aid the Head Chef with ideas for new dishes.
- To comply with all food and health and safety regulations as stated in the Company policies and statutory laws.
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
- To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
