Commis Chef - Join Our Kitchen Team

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our team. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working with fresh ingredients, and want to grow your culinary skills in a fast paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

You have a can do attitude, and you are willing to learn. From prepping mis en place to putting out dishes you do it cleanly and efficiently. You love to watch our guests walk away happy. You're very driven by fresh local food and is also driven by learning and excitement to create memorable cuisine for a great guest experience each and every day.

The Details:

What exactly you will be doing

• Prepare ingredients and assist with mise en place
• Cook and plate dishes during service following recipes and quality standards
• Work closely with the Chef de Partie and kitchen team
• Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties

What we're looking for:

Background must-have:

• Preferred: 1-2 years' experience in a 5 hotel or Restaurant environment
• Current right to work in the UK
