Commis Chef - Training & Growth in Hotel Kitchen

Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC is seeking a Commis Chef for full-time work in our Hop Scotch restaurant. You'll perform food preparation and basic cooking under supervision, rotating through sauces, vegetables, fish and butchery to build foundational culinary skills.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, with at least 1 year of kitchen experience, a passion for food, resilience under pressure and a willingness to grow within Marriott's kitchen teams.
