Commis Chef - Members' Club Kitchen, Flexible Shifts, Free Meals

The Carnegie Club is recruiting a Commis Chef for a permanent full-time position at Skibo Castle, Highland. You will support the kitchen team, assist with food preparation, uphold high hygiene standards and present dishes to a high standard for members and guests.

You will work with experienced chefs, adapt to varying shifts, and help ensure smooth service across breakfast, lunch and dinner while maintaining safe food handling and a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment.
