Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
- Follow recipes, technical sheets, and portion controls with precision.
- Prepare mise en place efficiently to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Support Chef de Parties and senior chefs during service and daily operations.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and storage of ingredients.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture and support colleagues across sections.
- Continuously develop your culinary knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and techniques.
- Connection - Cultivate warm, authentic relationships with colleagues at every level, fostering a collaborative kitchen environment and leading briefings that motivate and prepare those around you.
