On behalf of our client we are recruiting a Full time Commis Chef to join an award winning Kitchen team. This is an ideal role for a dedicated and highly motivated team member to develop their skill in a standards driven environment.

• Preparing dishes in a timely manner
• Ensuring full HACCP compliance
• Drive standards, consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards throughout the full food chain, from storage to service
• Cost effective practices

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Creativity and a passion for food
• Attention to detail and dedicated attitude to work
• A valid work permit required
• Have a car/ and licence
