Commercieel Medewerker

Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Commercieel Medewerker to support one of our major clients in the banking sector. This is a key customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent service, identifying commercial opportunities, and enhancing the digital experience of clients in a branch environment.

As a Commercieel Medewerker, you will:

• Warmly welcome customers and ensure a high-quality experience in the branch
• Handle servicing appointments and support day-to-day banking needs
• Proactively identify commercial opportunities and redirect leads where necessary
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and schedule appointments
• Support and guide clients in the use of digital tools and online banking services
• Ensure proper planning and coordination of client meetings

Your profile:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar client-facing or commercial role
• Good command of Dutch and French (spoken and written); basic knowledge of English
• Strong customer orientation and commercial awareness
• No specific degree required, but motivation and relevant experience are essential
