Commercial Support - Global Leader in the pharmaceutical industry - Belgium

Planet Pharma is currently working with a global leader in the radiopharmaceutical space who are looking for a Customer Service Support to join the company in their Mechelen office in Belgium.

This role will be working to support customers and actively developing relationships in the medical sector. You will be the first point-of-contact for hospitals, pharmacies, and other medical institutions to help them with questions, orders and aftersales.

This is a customer facing role and you will get the opportunity to work with them face-to-face to advise and support on products and services offered by this company.

This is a really exciting role to be part of a global company but work as part of a close-knit team offering support to the business.

For this position, our client is looking for someone who:

• Has some customer service/sales support experience by phone and face-to-face
• Speaks fluent French, English and Dutch

Ideally you will have a keenness to join the pharmaceutical/scientific industry and you will want to kick-start your career in this field.
