As one of the leading Commercial and Technology teams in Northern Ireland, we are seeking ambitious, qualified solicitors (3+ years' PQE) who are eager to work on some of the most high profile and strategically important commercial transactions in the jurisdiction.
Our Commercial and Technology team is one of the fastest growing areas of the firm and is recognised as Band 1 for both IP and IT. Operating from our Belfast office, we deliver a full spectrum of legal services across Commercial Contracts, Data Protection, AI, Cyber Security and Intellectual Property. We pride ourselves on providing innovative, commercially minded support and delivering clear, practical solutions for our clients.

Key Requirements- Qualified candidates, with 3+ years PQE
- Experience of working within a large, medium or boutique commercial law team
- A keen interest to learn technically and through our various development programmes
- Excellent drafting skills, solid technical knowledge and good interpersonal ability
- Strong communication, client management and business development skills
- A team player who will actively engage with our culture and core values.
