Role Overview:

An ambitious Commercial Lawyer is sought to join a highly reputable education team. As the appointed Commercial Lawyer, you will advise clients in the education sector on a variety of commercial matters. The client base includes universities, schools and educational charities both internationally and nationally. You will tackle high profile projects such as commercial agreements for university branch campuses overseas, joint venture agreements and a wide range of other commercial contracts.

Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years PQE dealing with commercial matters, ideally on behalf of education sector clients.
• Genuine interest and desire to specialise in this sector.
• Strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide a proactive, practical collaborative approach.
