Location: UK (Remote)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Fully Remote

About the Role

A standout opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor (ideally 3+ PQE) to join one of the fastest growing law firms of its size in the UK. This is a genuinely remote position, ideal for someone who is comfortable running their own matters without supervision, and who wants to be part of a modern, ambitious firm with real momentum.

You'll be trusted to manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships, and deliver commercially focused advice to a wide range of businesses - with the support of a collaborative team around you when needed.

The role will involve:

  • Handling a varied caseload of commercial contract matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
  • Advising SMEs and larger organisations on day-to-day commercial queries
  • Working on agreements such as terms & conditions, supply agreements, SaaS/IT contracts, licensing, NDAs, service agreements and framework agreements
  • Providing pragmatic, solutions-led advice with a strong focus on client outcomes
  • Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal oversight

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ PQE in Commercial/Commercial Contracts
  • Be confident working independently and managing your own files without supervision
  • Have strong drafting and negotiation skills across a broad range of commercial agreements
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
