Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
• Advising clients on commercial law issues including IP, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting corporate transactions with commercial input.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to business development and thought leadership initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• UK qualified solicitor with 2-6 years post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• Strong technical skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Experience in technology, media, or IP sectors is a plus but not essential.
