Commercial Property Solicitor - Devon (3+ Years PQE)

£45,000+ (DOE). A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions
• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• Act on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and licences
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Property Solicitor role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team environment
