Commercial Property Solicitor (Regional Legal Director)

Regional Legal Director Commercial Property - 10+ Years PQE, Stoke on Trent - Salary £90,000+ (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high quality legal services, and driving business growth.
• Lead and supervise a high performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring.
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, sales, purchases and re mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
• Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm's regional reputation.
• Maintain strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring a team.
