Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the firm's regional Commercial Property teams, ensuring delivery of exceptional client service while maintaining operational excellence.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to shape strategic direction, deputise where required and support continued growth of the practice.
• Manage and develop lawyers across the region.
• Oversee complex commercial property transactions.
• Provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance and risk management standards are maintained.
• Actively contribute to business development initiatives.
